* AstroBharat AI reserves the right to issue refunds as platform wallet credits in lieu of the original payment method in select cases.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting AstroBharat AI support, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.
We highly encourage users to resolve disputes directly with our customer care desk before escalating or initiating chargebacks with external merchant banks.
