AstroBharat AI — Official Refund Guidelines

AstroBharat AI is committed to delivering high-quality astrology and spiritual guidance services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for services and products purchased on our platform (www.astrobharatai.com).

By using our platform and making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read this document carefully before completing any transaction.

Refund claims must adhere strictly to the timelines outlined below.

2. Refund Request Window

All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase or service delivery, whichever is earlier. Requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Services Eligible for Refund

Digital Products & Reports

  • Kundali / Birth Chart PDF reports — if not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Astrology Course materials — if access was not granted within 48 hours of payment.
  • Digital subscriptions — refund applicable only if requested before the subscription period begins.

Astro Mall / Physical Products

  • Products received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Wrong product delivered (different from order description).
  • Product not delivered within the promised delivery window.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Important: Consultation services are strictly non-refundable once confirmed or completed. Review profiles, ratings, and descriptions carefully before booking. AstroBharat AI is not responsible for advice given.

  • One-on-one astrologer consultation sessions (voice, video, or chat) — once initiated or scheduled.
  • AI-powered instant readings and generated predictions.
  • Digital Mandir puja bookings once the puja ceremony has been initiated or completed.
  • Wallet top-ups, credits, or in-app currency once added to the account.
  • Discount-based or promotional purchases.
  • Services where delivery has been completed successfully.
  • Partially used subscription plans.

Log in to your AstroBharat AI account at www.astrobharatai.com and head over to your main profile dashboard.

Locate Your Order

Navigate to 'My Orders' or 'Purchase History', select the relevant transaction you wish to submit a claim for.

Submit Request

Click 'Request Refund', provide a clear description of the issue, attach screenshots or evidence, and submit.

* AstroBharat AI reserves the right to issue refunds as platform wallet credits in lieu of the original payment method in select cases.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting AstroBharat AI support, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.

We highly encourage users to resolve disputes directly with our customer care desk before escalating or initiating chargebacks with external merchant banks.
