AstroBharat AI — Service Cancellation Terms
1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy governs all service cancellation requests made on the AstroBharat AI platform. By purchasing any service or product on our platform, users acknowledge and accept the terms described in this document.
AstroBharat AI offers time-sensitive and personalized services that involve real-time scheduling of expert astrologers, AI resources, and spiritual rituals. Due to the nature of these services, our cancellation policy is strict to protect both users and service providers.
2. General Cancellation Terms
AstroBharat AI operates a no-cancellation policy on all confirmed bookings and purchases. Once a service is purchased or a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the user.

3. Services Covered Under No-Cancellation Policy

Astrologer Consultations
All astrologer consultation bookings (chat, voice, or video) are confirmed at the time of payment. No cancellations are accepted once the booking is confirmed, regardless of the time remaining before the scheduled session.
Digital Mandir & Puja Services
Puja bookings made through AstroBharat AI's Digital Mandir feature are non-cancellable once confirmed. Spiritual arrangements and pandit allocations begin immediately upon confirmation.
AI-Powered Readings & Reports
AI-generated readings, predictions, kundali reports, and other automated services are generated instantly upon purchase and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Course Enrollments
Enrollment into any AstroBharat AI educational course or program is non-cancellable once payment is received. Access to course materials is typically granted immediately.
Subscription Plans
Monthly or annual subscription plans cannot be cancelled mid-term. Access will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. Auto-renewals may be disabled from the Account Settings before the next billing date.
4. Platform-Initiated Cancellations
AstroBharat AI reserves the right to cancel any booking or transaction under the following circumstances:
- Non-availability of the selected astrologer due to emergency or technical failure.
- Fraudulent or suspicious transaction activity detected.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions by the user.
- Technical errors resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges.
In cases of platform-initiated cancellations, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Rescheduling Terms
While cancellations are not permitted, users may request a one-time reschedule for appointment-based consultations, subject to the following conditions:

6. User Responsibility
Users are strongly encouraged to:
- Review all service details, astrologer profiles, and service descriptions before making a purchase.
- Ensure a stable internet connection before joining live consultation sessions.
- Be available at the scheduled consultation time.
AstroBharat AI will not be liable for missed sessions due to user-side connectivity issues or user absence.
7. Policy Updates
AstroBharat AI may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
